This is a ULTIMATE rod install kit for 06A 1.8T engines. This kit includes the basic components and much more that will need to be replaced when installing drop-in connecting rods in your engine. There are also options to upgrade the head bolts, timing belt, etc…
The ultimate rod install kit for 06A 1.8T engines includes:
- 1- OE Kolbenschmidt rod bearing set
- 1- OE Victor Reinz head gasket set
- 1- Head bolt set (choose option)
- 1- Piston ring set (choose brand)
- 1- Victor Reinz Oil pan gasket sealer
- 1- Drain plug washer
- 1- Redline synthetic assembly lubricant
This kit is to be used with Integrated Engineering IERV-14419 or IERV-14420 rods in 06A engines only.
